Player Management - Avron Docs

On the details tab you will see information about the players Roblox Account:

Username: The Roblox Account username
Display Name: The display name of the account
User ID: The Roblox Account ID
Account Creation: The date the account was created
Premium: Lists if the user has Roblox Premium or Roblox Lite
Friends: Shows how many friends the user has
Followers: Shows how many followers the user has
Following: Shows many many users the user is following

On the Playtime tab you will see a list of every single session the user has spent in game. Sessions are from when you join the game to when you leave.

What are Dubious Minutes?

If you see that a user has a chip in their playtime showing 30 dubious or any other number, that is the amount of time the user spent AFK in game. Avron will not disclose how the AFK system operates to prevent a workaround.

The calls tab shows any calls that the player is assigned to in game with the Avron CAD system. You and your staff team can click the Manage button to fully manage a call.

Managing a callWhen you click theManagebutton it will open a menu on the right side of your screen. Here you can edit call information such as:

Title
Location
Vehicle Make
License Plate

You can manually assign or remove units from that specific call, and trigger actions as if you were in the CAD like:

Clear Comments
Call Backup
Force Close
Lock Players CAD

Locking a CAD

Staff members who have access to the calls page can lock or unlock a players CAD straight from the dashboard. When you lock a players CAD it immediately closes out. The user isn’t able to perform any actions or modify any calls. When a users CAD is locked a new chip will show below their username showingLocked CADPressing this will give the the option to manually unlock the CAD.A users CAD will stay locked until a moderator unlocks it. Any attempts to logout, clear cache or cookies will not unlock their CAD.

The department tab is where your management team can issue logbook entries. This feature only works if a user is in a department. You can log any of the following:

The user must be in a department for this page to function

You cannot delete any department entries at any time

Infraction

When you issue an infraction to a user, you provide a reason and the user will be direct messaged by the Avron bot. This will permanently stay in the users department records, even if they move departments.

Promotion

You can issue a promotion which will automatically promote the user to the next rank in the department. You can set a reason that will be messaged to the user. Additionally all promotions are shown in the departments feed on the dashboard for department members with a 🎉 reaction button so your staff members can celebrate promotions.

Demotion

You can issue a demotion, which will DM the user the reason through the Avron bot, and demote them down a rank in your department.

Termination

You can select termination if you want to terminate the user from the department. This will automatically remove all roles related to the department. Including all rank roles, and the assignment role. This will DM the user using the Avron bot.
